Estimate of Expenses * Please provide a detailed estimate of your travel expenses for NDF25 and workshops. Successful grant recipients will receive the travel grant before the conference but be required to submit receipts and a brief evaluation within 30 days of the conference. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Applications are due 7 March 2025. - Successful recipients will be notified by email during the week of 17 March 2025. - Scholarships are non-transferable and will be claimed through an online registration process. - Recipients must supply receipts for expenses paid for by the scholarship within 30 days. - Recipients of scholarships need to provide a brief evaluation of the conference and workshop to the NDF Board, outlining how they have shared or plan to share their learning with their community. The board may choose to publish all or some of the evaluations on its website under a Creative Commons BY license. - In considering applications, assessors reserve the right to decline an application, or offer a scholarship of greater or lesser value, to the one you have applied for. - Successful applicants must respond to the scholarship offer via email within 5 working days either accepting or declining the offer.
