TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All ideas must be original work. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the submission. All submissions must be completed electronically via the online submission form. The deadline for submissions is Sunday, 17 November 2024. Accepted presenters will be notified via email in early December 2024. On acceptance, presenters are expected to register and pay to attend the conference (Note: Scholarships will also be available). The deadline for presenter registrations is 31 January 2025. We will provide you with a specific Speaker Registration form to complete. On acceptance, you also agree to provide speaker photos, the confirmed title, and a written abstract of your presentation for inclusion in the conference programme no later than 31 January 2025.
